Scott BANDONI | Impeccable Representation for 23 Years | 970-390-9400 sBandoni@LivSir.com
I joined Berkshire Hathaway Colorado Properties in Beaver Creek Village in 1994 (they were previously known as Prudential Colorado Properties). After 22 great years, I transitioned to LIV Sotheby's International Realty which has offices in Beaver Creek Village and Boulder and Denver - among others. Since 2012, I have worked and been very successful in the Vail Valley, Boulder County, and Denver markets.
Since 2003, I have been and continue to be a top producer regardless of the brokerage name. I have been a Top 5 of 100 brokers several times and No.1 of 100 brokers in 2007. I spent a three years as an elected Member Director for the Vail Board Of Realtors.
Those accolades are only mentioned out of necessity....because no one really wants to do business with a guy who is not expert at what he does. Being a long-time top gun provides some evidence of that.
Most importantly, I'm a pretty decent guy who brokers want to do business with. And that is integral in helping you accomplish your goals. In the process of buying and selling, cooperating with other brokers is a critical part of every transaction and that helps you tremendously.
Scott made himself available to show us houses when we were up for ski weekends. His knowledge of the Vail valley was crucial to us narrowing down a place for our ski home. We ended up somewhere that we didn't even know existed and it is the perfect fit! Once we were in negotiations, his detail oriented research was a perfect match for us. Everything was professional, matter of fact and done in our favor. Caren & Per Berger, Denver, CO
We could not have worked with a better realtor than Scott Bandoni. We started our moving process from California to Colorado, two years before the purchase of our home in Louisville, CO. Scott showed extreme patience with us. Two years prior to our purchase, we flew to Colorado and Scott showed us several areas around Boulder. That allowed us to have a feel for what was out there, and what the prices were for the various areas. He was very approachable and professional. Then a year before we purchased our home, we put our house in California on the market. Scott shadowed us by communicating regularly. We found it to be easy to use email, the internet and the phone as we did most of our work this way. He sent us market information and occasionally an article about the area. Over the two years, Scott sent photos and videos of the houses we were interested in. We really trusted the person "on the other end". At no time, did we ever feel any pressure to move quicker than we could. We don't know if there are many realtors out there who would invest so much time with potential buyers. He made the purchase process, which was long distance, very easy for us. We put our trust in him and he delivered.
The best part of this process was getting to know a bit about Scott. He is a real person, with interests and knowledge of this area. Some realtors are interested in just the sale, but Scott took his time with us and ensured we would find a place that makes us happy and fits our life style. This makes him stand out in our eyes. We've had previous experience with buying and selling a couple of homes, and our time with him was extraordinary. We feel we can always drop him an email to find a good reference for a restaurant or other need. So, I guess you could simply say he is now a friend. Nancy Kochevar, Louisville, CO
"Scott was one of the best realtors my wife and I have ever worked with. He took two Oklahomans and made sure that we felt at home in Colorado from start to finish. We are thankful for his willingness to go above and beyond." D. Wright, Tulsa
Scott was a great communicator. He knows Beaver Creek and did outstanding job helping us get clear about which area we wanted to be in. Scott kept everything moving once we made an offer and was extremely helpful in getting us information about HOA fees etc. We feel like we not only bought our dream house but made a life long friend in the process!" J. Brandeberry, Denver
"Working with Realtors in other cities helps me realize how good you really are at what you do." M. Wheeler, Cleveland
‘I have never had a real estate broker quite like you. It’s too bad!’ T. Watts, Wisconsin
‘You were more like a partner than a broker over these last few months. I very much appreciate all of your time and effort in getting this deal done.’ B. Donovan, Illinois ( Former CFO/Treasurer of a Fortune 100 Company )
Scott, Hard to believe that we have owned our townhome in Beaver Creek for over a year. It has truly become our happy place. While I was adamant at the start of the search that as a real estate attorney I did not need a broker, I am so glad that we had you to represent us and help us through the mountain buying process. I have already recommended you to friends that are considering buying homes in Beaver Creek and Boulder, so be on the lookout for the calls! Thanks For Everything N. Ament, Denver

I moved to the Vail Valley in 1992 ‘to ski for a couple of years’. Although I came for winter, I decided to stay permanently because of summer. I met my wife in Beaver Creek. She had just moved there from the San Francisco area. I had no intention of going west. She had no intention of going east. So we decided to stay balanced and in Colorado.
We have two teen-aged children. Our girl is a dancer and the boy plays hockey 52 weeks/year. Neither of them read enough and they spend way too much time on their iPhones. We moved the family to Boulder in 2012 to pursue the proper education for our girl. It is a mission accomplished.
Beyond real estate and family, I'm pretty passionate about road biking, hockey, food, wine & craft beer, and Italy and Hawaii…..and my garage band on a good night
